LEO O'LEARY Founded L.F. O'LEARY CO. INC. IN 1975, IN WEYMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS. Started as a precision gage distributor covering the six New England states. Glastonbury Southern Gage was one of our first partners selling thread and cylindrical gages products. Our major customers were Defense and Aerospace manufacture as well as their suppliers. We have grown recently to work with many medical device companies as well as weapon manufactory and their supporting suppliers

As business began to expand other suppliers have been added to better service our customers. Now in 2009 we have become a premier stocking distributors for all major lines of precision measuring tools. Including BROWN & SHARPE- DORSEY GAGE-DYER-FLEXBAR- F.V. Backed with extensive inventory our trained and committed sales team brings the technical expertise and superior level of customer service. A combined 80 years of industry experience has helped us build a business model that satisfies our customer's needs at competitive prices. Our suppliers support our efforts with local technical experts that go into the field for consultations and product demos. Together after review the best solution for the customer's application is reached. During the year L.F. O'Leary has open houses at Mitutoyo in Westford Mass. Technical seminars to help educate our customers as well as our staff are held during the year. L.F.O'LEARY Co and Glastonbury Southern Gage have shared a booth and demonstrated products at EASTEC in Springfield Mass for over 20 years together.

In 1995 L.F.O'LEARY created our calibration division Metrology Services Inc. This was to better service our growing customer base. Metrology Services is ISO-17025-2005 accredited to calibrate gages by A CLASS Accreditation Services. Each year we have expanded or scope each year. Our certification and scope are posted on the website www.msi-cal.com

Our staff in the Metrology division works both in the field as well as 2 shifts back at the Lab. We have continued to invest in equipment, software and personnel to support Metrology Services and our customers.

Our philosophy was to combine a top Precision Measurement sales company with an Accredited Metrology Lab to create a single source for our customers to order equipment. To have that equipment arrive at a customer's facility calibrated, etched serial numbers, stickers, in a calibration database ready to go to the floor for use. We will run recall notices sent via Email and a calibration database off our server. Our skilled technicians build relationships with our customers both" on site" and thru service at the Lab. We support customers during audits and times of need.
